Low Carb Keto Quiche

My parents made this brilliant homemade ‘Low Carb Keto Quiche’ for brunch today so I thought I would share the recipe with you all! Here goes -⠀

Grease a pie pan with olive oil.
In a mixing bowl, stir together almond flour (bought from, garlic salt and pepper.
Pour in a spoon of olive oil and use some water to stir until the mixture is thoroughly combined into a dough.⠀⠀
Press this dough into your prepared pan until it is evenly dispersed across the bottom and up the sides. Bake until the crust is lightly golden and firm to the touch for about 15 to 20 minutes.⠀⠀

Stir fry a few florets of broccoli with some chopped onions and keep aside. ⠀⠀
In a mixing bowl, whisk together about 6 eggs, a spoon of milk, salt and dried herbs. Stir in some Mozzarella cheese and the previous broccoli stir fry.⠀
Once the crust is done baking, pour in the egg mixture and bake for 30 minutes (or until the center is firm to the touch).

We had it with a side of grilled mushrooms, creamy spinach and some scrambled corn toast. Nothing quite like home made food!
